In this role you will be part of a fast-moving delivery team building and modernising enterprise solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. A key focus will be migrating legacy project systems and enabling modern low-code platforms with emerging AI capabilities.
Programme Context
You will be supporting the modernisation of legacy Microsoft Project Online environments into the Power Platform ecosystem, helping organisations move toward scalable, cloud-first solutions with increasing use of AI-enabled capabilities. There is also a growing focus on AI integration and Copilot adoption across the Microsoft stack.
Key skills & experience
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps/Canvas)
- SharePoint (especially enterprise use and migration projects)
- Microsoft Project Online / PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
- Experience with Logic Apps or Azure integration workflows
- Exposure to AI / Copilot / Azure AI services is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of solution design and delivery in enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications
- Deliver hands-on configuration and customisation across the Power Platform, including: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages (strong plus)
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including: Data modelling, Security roles and access configuration
- Support solution design in collaboration with solution architects, including: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Environment strategy, Release and deployment processes
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery within agile, multi-disciplinary teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-driven Apps)
- SharePoint (enterprise usage and migration experience highly desirable)
- Microsoft Project Online / PPM experience advantageous
- Experience with Logic Apps or Azure integration workflows
- Strong functional design and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- Experience on government or regulated programmes
- SC clearance (or eligibility / willingness to obtain)
- Experience migrating from Project Online to modern Microsoft platforms
- Exposure to AI / Copilot / Azure AI services
- Strong consulting and workshop facilitation experience
