This role is for a data expert passionate about driving large-scale digital transformation in financial services. We’re looking for an experienced Data Modeller/Architect to join a dynamic team, supporting high-impact enterprise programmes across Finance, CRM, and Master Data Management (MDM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to enterprise-wide MDM initiatives.
  • Map data lifecycle events to logical models and physical systems.
  • Define and enforce data governance policies and data standards.
  • Design data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity within all models.
  • Translate business requirements into optimal data structures.
  • Document and maintain metadata, dictionaries, and entity relationships.
  • Support cloud-based data implementations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Contribute to data migration and real-time integration strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and MDM.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools like Erwin, Power Designer, or ER/Studio.
  • Strong SQL/NoSQL skills and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Solid background in financial services, capital markets, or consultancy.
  • Expertise in metadata management, data governance, and compliance.
  • Experience with ETL frameworks, APIs, and data integration.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with unstructured data models.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery in a consulting environment.
