About the Company
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 CRM, you'll be integral to our clients UK sales team. You'll collaborate with account teams to design and position high-value solutions for CRM challenges, turning your technical depth into clear business solutions with tangible, value-driven outcomes.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Enablement: Work with the Client Solutions team to build repeatable assets in alignment with organisational strategy. Partner closely with sales teams, client groups, delivery leads, consulting teams, and partner account executives on account planning and amplification of key Business Applications priorities. Ensure seamless transitions to delivery teams and maintain strong partnerships with Solution Architects. Mentor team members and share best practices.
- Infusing the Sales Plan: Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth through participation and coordination of demand generation activities: Customer workshops, Tradeshows, Company events.
- Technical Leadership: Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings. Conduct proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and deep-dives of Dynamics 365 CRM (including integrations, analytics, and Power Platform extensions). Develop trusted advisor status with clients.
- Business Value Articulation: Translate technical capabilities into ROI-focused narratives and business cases. Create compelling proposals and RFP responses demonstrating operational agility, lower total cost of ownership (TCO), and revenue growth with Dynamics 365.
- Client Engagement & Storytelling: Engage C-suite stakeholders by understanding their needs and co-creating success metrics. Present technical concepts through relatable storytelling tailored to different audience levels.
- Exemplify Learning: Maintain relevant certifications. Build knowledge across the ISV and partner ecosystem. Stay curious about supporting and complementary technologies, including: Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, Copilot, Logic Apps, Azure.
