Lead technical workshops and solution design sessionswith clients and internal teams. Ensure integration and scalabilityof ERP solutions with third-party retail platforms, e-commerce, and supply chain systems. Provide thought leadershipon retail transformation, omnichannel strategies, and best practices within D365 F&O. Support presales and project deliveryby creating solution architectures, design documentation, and proof-of-concepts. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience inD365 F&O with retail modules(Merchandising, POS, Inventory, Finance). Strong knowledge ofsolution architecture, integration patterns, and ERP best practices . Experience inpresales, workshops, or client-facing solution design . Excellentcommunication, presentation, and problem-solving skills . Understanding ofomnichannel retail strategiesis highly desirable.
