We\’re partnered with a large UK manufacturer who are on a mission to transform their expansive ERP landscape onto Dynamics Business Central.
As a D365 Business Central Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the system and streamlining business processes, particularly within manufacturing operations. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You\’ll be responsible for analysing and improving manufacturing business processes, gathering functional requirements as well as providing training and support to users.
You will also be troubleshooting system issues, promoting best practices, and data analysis for reporting.
Previous Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with producing Reports utilising Power BI , and SQL
- Experience with Jet Reports is beneficial
