We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer to join a leading consultancy-focused data team delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions for end clients.
About the Role
This role will suit a consultant-minded Data Engineer who combines strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric delivery expertise with excellent Power BI skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will act as a key bridge between the consultancy delivery team and the end customer, helping shape solutions, gather requirements and deliver modern data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and optimise Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Data Pipelines and One Lake solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions using Fabric, Azure and Power BI.
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain semantic models, datasets and reporting solutions within Power BI.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, business users and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Proven experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Fabric in production environments.
