Are you an experienced Azure Integration Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading from the front and helping customers get the most from the cloud?\n
\nWe’re looking for a Lead Integration Developer to join our Azure Cloud Solutions capability and play a key role in designing and delivering modern, cloud-native integration solutions.\n
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who wants to combine their passion for technology with the opportunity to make a real difference for customers.\n
\n
\n🔹 What you’ll be doing\n
\n
\nAs a Lead Integration Developer, you’ll:\n
\n

\n
• Lead the design and development of Azure integration solutions

\n

• Translate business requirements into robust integration architectures

\n

• Provide technical direction across design, development and best practice

\n

• Lead and mentor a small to mid-sized team of developers

\n

• Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex issues

\n

• Run technical workshops and advise clients on integration strategy

\n

• Help customers identify the right Azure integration approaches

\n

• Stay hands-on, building and supporting key integration components

\n

• Work closely with clients, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

\n

🔹 What we’re looking forYou’ll ideally bring:\n
\n

\n
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure integration experience

\n

• UK Government Security Clearance

\n

• Experience leading, mentoring or developing other engineers

\n

• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven and serverless architectures

\n

• Experience contributing to solution design and architecture

\n

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

\n

• Confidence working in client-facing and consulting environments

\n

• Strong written and spoken English

\n

• Azure certifications, or a commitment to working towards them

\n

• Experience with CI/CD and continuous integration

\n

• Experience using GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling

\n
