Experienced Azure DevOps Engineering Manager required with a background in Financial Services or Banking. Must have expertise in Symphony, Fullserve, and AWS to improve engineering efficiency and automate deployment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance Engineering Efficiency – Optimize build, test, and release processes within the Customer Services platform.
- Automate Deployment – Implement zero-touch deployment, enabling fully automated pipelines from code changes to production.
- Modernize Infrastructure – Improve code efficiency and build scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
- Leverage Key Technologies – Work with Symphony, Fullserve, and AWS to support a next-gen contact center.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Fullserve, ID&V, and automation best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the Financial Services / Banking sector.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and automation.
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD, modern deployment strategies, and engineering best practices.
This is a 6 month contract working inside IR35 via umbrella company, and candidates must be a UK Citizen and UK based to be considered.
