12 Month FTC – IT Test Analyst (D365 CE) (BH-27801)

We\’ve partnered with a leading housing company that has recently gone live with D365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. They are seeking three IT Test Analysts to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
As the first dedicated D365 CE testers within the business (a role previously handled by Business Analysts), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive test cases, plans, and strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a test automation framework.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Customer Service, Field Service, and Sales.
• Proven expertise in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira.
• Experience using test automation tools like Leapwork or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.

Additional Information: This position requires candidates to work onsite in Northampton three days per week. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
