About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Operations lead to build and own the systems that keep our revenue engine running—from pipeline management and forecasting to compensation and sales performance. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy across the funnel, and design automations that accelerate deals and improve predictability.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
  • Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity.
  • Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale.
  • Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader.
  • Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills.
  • You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
  • Comfortable with SQL.
