Cognition Evolve is looking for a driven Employer Engagement Partner to build strong employer relationships and grow apprenticeship opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing apprenticeship opportunities by building meaningful employer relationships and driving real impact. You will act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them unlock the value of apprenticeships through a consultative, relationship-led approach.
You will engage employers, understand their workforce needs, and convert interest into apprenticeship starts. This is a relationship-led sales role with a focus on delivering a great employer experience from first contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage employer relationships
- Generate and convert new leads into apprenticeship starts
- Carry out training needs analysis and match solutions to employer needs
- Develop new business through events, networking, and outreach
- Manage pipeline and performance via CRM
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or employer engagement
- Proven track record of hitting targets and converting leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Apprenticeships or funded training experience (desirable)
