We are especially interested in professionals able to support the Welsh marketplace, including delivery to Welsh-speaking clients. Fluent Welsh language skills (spoken and written) are essential / highly desirable for this work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke leadership and management development programmes.
- Supporting cohorts of junior, middle and senior managers through a blend of delivery, coaching, and qualification, e.g. ILM, both in-person and virtually.
- Creating interventions that engage, challenge, and support individual managers, while meeting client organisational goals.
What you’ll bring:
- A qualification in Leadership/Management and/or significant experience in a management role.
- Proven experience of delivering Leadership & Management learning in corporate, vocational, or tertiary education settings.
- Proven experience in assessment, e.g. ILM, (CAVA assessment qualification preferred).
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to deliver leadership and management learning in Welsh or bilingually (Welsh/English).
