About the Role

Are you a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing professional ready to take the lead? Cognition Learning Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape and deliver our marketing vision, driving awareness, engagement, and growth across the education and learning sector. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that elevate our brand and amplify our services. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, oversee content creation, and ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences while generating leads and supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, content marketing, and outreach
  • Create targeted marketing assets such as pitch decks, brochures, and case studies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
  • Manage external events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Develop and oversee content calendars, blogs, newsletters, videos, and thought leadership
  • Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and optimise based on ROI
  • Champion internal communications, ensuring updates are engaging and effective.
