What you’ll be doing in a nutshell:
- Direct the planning and execution of the division’s sales strategy ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales function and related teams delivering measurable outcomes and achieving sales targets.
- Adapt to evolving market conditions and dynamic business environments.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and refine sales strategies.
- Build and lead high-performing teams that drive business performance and growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage strategic relationships with partners, suppliers and customers regionally and globally collaborating with the Group Commercial Director to implement a global customer relationship strategy.
- Sponsor and direct strategic programs, projects and initiatives within the division and across the organisation.
