This is a remote position.
We are expanding our Cognition Learning Group Coaching Database and welcome registrations from experienced, professionally accredited coaches.
To join our database and be considered for future coaching and supervision assignments, all applicants must meet the mandatory professional criteria below.
Minimum Mandatory RequirementsTo be added to our coaching database, you must already hold BOTH of the following:
- A recognised supervision qualification: This must be a formal, assessed coaching supervision qualification (e.g., coaching supervision certificate, diploma, postgraduate award, or equivalent professional credential). Coaches without a supervision qualification cannot be added to the database.
- One of the following coaching accreditations (minimum level):
- ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Coach
All coaches in our database must also:
- Maintain good standing with their accrediting body
- Engage in regular supervision and CPD
- Adhere to professional codes of ethics
- Demonstrate experience delivering high-quality coaching in organisational settings
