What You’ll Do

  • Contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with prospects.
  • Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals.
  • Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization.
  • Responsible for acquiring prospect data from initial conversation.
  • Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities.
  • Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day.
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer.
  • Educate and qualify leads to create sales.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

This is a full-time position, no nights or weekends, the schedule is M-F 8AM - 5PM.
