We’re in an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking to enhance our network of Leadership & Management contractors based in the UK. If you thrive on empowering others and supporting managers to reach their full potential, this is the opportunity for you! We are especially interested in professionals able to support the Welsh marketplace, including delivery to Welsh-speaking clients. Fluent Welsh language skills (spoken and written) are essential / highly desirable for this work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke leadership and management development programmes.
- Supporting cohorts of junior, middle and senior managers through a blend of delivery, coaching, and qualification, e.g. ILM, support—both in-person and virtually.
- Creating interventions that engage, challenge, and support individual managers, while meeting client organisational goals.
Requirements: What you’ll bring:
- A qualification in Leadership/Management and/or significant experience in a management role.
- Proven experience of delivering Leadership & Management learning in corporate, vocational, or tertiary education settings.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to deliver leadership and management learning in Welsh or bilingually (Welsh/English).
