We are looking for a passionate Account Director to join our growing Client Services team. You will be responsible for:

  • The successful running of your designated accounts by understanding the client’s world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)
  • Meticulous account planning encompassing accurate long- and short-term resourcing, financial management and forecasting
  • Maintaining organisation and efficiency, even when managing multiple clients and initiatives
  • Drawing upon the quality work developed to grow both organic and de novo new business
  • Contributing to the improvement of Cognite as an agency by providing ideas and initiatives that will strengthen our business

With a deep interest in science and medical communications, we believe someone with the following qualities and experience could be a good match for this role:

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant science
  • Previous experience as an Account Director within a medical communications agency or similar
  • A solution-orientated approach
  • A genuine passion for science and a desire to continuously learn about and engage with projects our clients are working on
