We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Director to join our growing team. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully running your designated accounts by understanding the client’s world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)
  • Meticulous account planning encompassing accurate long- and short-term resourcing, financial management and forecasting
  • Maintaining organisation and efficiency, even when managing multiple clients and initiatives
  • Growing both organic and de novo new business by drawing upon the quality work we develop
  • Contributing to the improvement of Cognite as an agency, contributing ideas and initiatives which will strengthen our business

We believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant science (essential) or post-graduate or PhD (desirable)
  • Previous experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Director within a medical communications agency or similar
  • A solution-orientated problem solver
  • A genuine passion for science and a desire to continuously learn about and engage with projects our clients are working on
