Our Client Services team’s agile and forward-thinking mindset ensures strong client partnerships across global, regional and local teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside our clients as a valued partner who can be relied upon to provide solutions based on a deep understanding of their world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition).
  • Taking ownership of all aspects of a project or initiative, including accurate resourcing, financial management and forecasting.
  • Maintaining organisation and efficiency, even when managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborating with the wider team while appreciating everyone’s important role within the agency, sharing responsibility and supporting each other.

Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in a medical communications agency is required. Ability to remain organised with a high level of attention to detail, even when managing multiple projects.
