The agile and forward-thinking mindset of our Client Services team ensures strong client partnerships across global, regional and local teams. We are looking for a passionate Account Director to join our growing Client Services team.
The successful running of your designated accounts by understanding the client’s world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition). Meticulous account planning encompassing accurate long- and short-term resourcing, financial management and forecasting. Drawing upon the quality work developed to grow both organic and de novo new business.
With a deep interest in science and medical communications, we believe someone with the following qualities and experience could be a good match for this role:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant science
- Previous experience as an Account Director within a medical communications agency or similar
- A genuine passion for science and a desire to continuously learn about and engage with projects our clients are working on
