We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for:
- Working alongside our clients as a valued partner who can be relied upon to provide solutions based on a deep understanding of their world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)
- Ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded
- Taking ownership of all aspects of a project or initiative, including accurate resourcing, financial management and forecasting
- Maintaining organisation and efficiency, even when managing multiple projects
- Collaborating with the wider team while appreciating everyone’s important role within the agency, sharing responsibility and supporting each other
We believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant science
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in a medical communications agency
- Ability to remain organised with a high level of attention to detail, even when managing multiple projects
- Always approachable, with a respectful and honest outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solution-orientated attitude
