About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI across Cognita, embedding the Claude platform and helping colleagues realise the practical benefits of AI in their day-to-day work. As a founding member of our AI Enablement function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value AI use cases, whilst building AI capability, confidence, and adoption across the organisation. You will lead the development of our AI literacy and training programme, establish communities of practice and champion networks, and ensure AI is used responsibly and effectively through strong governance and best-practice frameworks. Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, you will oversee AI adoption, training, and value realisation, while shaping the future direction of AI Enablement as the function grows and matures. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Central London office, with occasional travel to Cognita schools and offices to deliver training and support AI adoption.
Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for an experienced and influential AI or technology adoption professional with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through digital transformation and user adoption. You will have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to solve real business challenges, alongside the ability to identify high-value opportunities and translate business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions. A confident leader and excellent communicator, you will be able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and adapt your approach to a range of audiences. You will bring experience developing enablement programmes, delivering training, managing prioritised backlogs within Agile ways of working, and leading small teams and wider stakeholder networks. Ideally, you will also have experience supporting responsible AI adoption, building communities of practice, partnering with Learning & Development teams and external providers, and maintaining awareness of emerging AI regulations and best practice. Relevant AI or platform certifications would be advantageous.
