Cognita is seeking an experienced Higher Level Learning Support Assistant at Downsend (part of Cognita) to help SEND students access learning, implement EHCP strategies, and deliver in-class support, small-group interventions, and one-to-one assistance.
You will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals, maintain accurate records in Provision Map and iSAMS, and help students develop confidence, organisation and resilience in a supportive school community.
