Cognita is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Director to own the global learning framework and leadership development strategy. You will partner with executives to localise programmes for Cognita's schools and lead a CoE that spans multiple regions.
You will build a pipeline for Heads of Schools, design leadership academies, and drive performance conversations, with oversight of budgets, content, and learning tech globally.
