About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as Wrap Manager & Head of Sports, leading the development of a vibrant and enriching programme beyond the classroom. This role is central to delivering high-quality wraparound and holiday provision, ensuring pupils benefit from engaging, educational experiences outside of school hours. The successful candidate will shape and manage a dynamic programme tailored to the needs and interests of pupils and families, while overseeing staff, enrichment activities, and day‑to‑day operations. As Head of Sports, you will drive excellence in the teaching of PE and sport, fostering confidence, resilience, teamwork, and physical literacy across all age groups. You will play a key role in supporting the school’s vision, contributing to pupils’ social, emotional and physical development, and strategically enhancing enrichment, sport and wellbeing to deliver an inclusive and inspiring offer for every child. This is a permanent, full‑time role, starting 1st September 2026.

Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a passionate and driven professional with a strong background in teaching PE and delivering engaging sports and enrichment programmes across a range of age groups. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent) and a degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related field, alongside experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. You will bring excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and staff while managing multiple priorities effectively. A collaborative team player, you will be confident working with colleagues, parents and external partners, and committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety. With strong classroom and behaviour management, you will be able to create inclusive, high‑quality provision that supports all pupils to thrive. Above all, you will demonstrate resilience, professionalism and a clear commitment to equality, diversity and the wellbeing and development of every child.
