About The Role

As a Class Teacher for upper house KS2, you will deliver high‑quality teaching across core subjects, with a particular focus on preparing pupils for the 11+ entrance exams. You will nurture each child’s academic, social, and emotional development, plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom management, provide pastoral care, contribute to extracurricular activities, collaborate with colleagues, and keep parents informed and engaged. This is a full‑time, permanent position starting in September 2026.

You are an enthusiastic and committed educator with Qualified Teacher Status and experience in delivering engaging, effective lessons. Ideally, you have worked in the independent sector and have experience preparing pupils for selective entrance exams. You are flexible, organised, a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team, set high standards for pupil achievement and behaviour, and bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping young learners thrive.
