This pioneering collaboration brings together one of the world's most influential education groups, Cognita, which educates over 100,000 students across 21 countries, and Alleyn's, south London's finest co‐educational day school and Co‐educational School of the Year 2025.
As part of this partnership, North Bridge House Regent's Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn's schools. Alleyn's Regent's Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 3–11. Alleyn's Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing the distinctive Alleyn's ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London.
Alleyn's Hampstead Senior School now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House to join our fantastic team.
About the Role
As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the face of the school, providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. You will manage reception duties, respond to enquiries, and maintain a well‐organised front desk, while supporting the smooth day‐to‐day running of the school. You will coordinate visitor access, handle deliveries, and assist with events, working closely with colleagues across departments. You will also play a key role in maintaining site security, following procedures and responding appropriately to incidents to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the school community.
Who We Are Looking For
You will be an approachable and professional individual with experience in a customer‐facing role. You will communicate confidently and effectively, both in person and in writing, and build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and visitors. Highly organised and proactive, you will manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a calm, positive approach. You will be reliable, team‐oriented, and able to use sound judgement when handling queries or concerns. With a strong commitment to customer service, you will take pride in representing the school and consistently go the extra mile.
