About the Role

As Head of Sales and Parent Experience, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and commercial success of our UK schools. You will establish and lead a central Sales Hub, designing and implementing strategies that optimise the entire admissions funnel, from first enquiry through to enrolment and retention. With a strong focus on both sales performance and customer experience, you will champion an exceptional journey for every family, ensuring seamless, personalised, and high‑quality interactions at each touchpoint. You will shape processes, embed best practice and lead a high‑performing team to deliver consistently strong conversion, retention and parent satisfaction outcomes. Working closely with Heads of School, Marketing and Parent Experience leaders, you will bring commercial acumen, strategic vision and direct leadership to embed new ways of working across the region. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in our Central London Office.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the transformation of our admissions journey, building and running a new Sales Hub, shaping our sales strategy and ensuring every prospective family has an exceptional experience from first enquiry to long‑term retention.
  • Optimise the full sales funnel, drive conversion performance and champion a parent experience that reflects the ambitious standards of our schools.
  • Work closely with school leaders and key regional teams, using insight, data and best practice to unlock growth, enhance satisfaction and embed consistent high‑quality ways of working across the UK.
