About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join Alleyn’s Hampstead team. In this role you will teach Mathematics across the 11‑18 age group, delivering engaging, challenging and supportive lessons that develop students’ confidence, fluency and problem‑solving skills. The successful candidate may be eligible for a full‑time position should they have experience in or be able to teach KS3 Computing or Physics.

We are looking for both experienced teachers and ECTs, who are passionate about their specialty. The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
  • Commit to working collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Have strong subject knowledge and a commitment to adaptive teaching to maximise student progress.
  • Possess strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • Have experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4, or the potential to do so successfully as an ECT.
  • Be able to engage a wide range of learners in constructive ways.

Above all, we seek a teacher who has the ability to inspire young people to develop confidence, curiosity and resilience in Mathematics.
