E2C Business Analyst (2-Year Contract)
Based in the UK or Spain (valid work permit required)
As part of our CRM team, the E2C Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, enabling better engagement and operational outcomes across schools in Europe and Latin America . The successful candidate will bring strong experience in CRM systems, with a focus on requirements gathering, user support, documentation, and cross-regional collaboration.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis (30%)
- Analyse existing CRM and admissions processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with admissions and operations teams to define user needs across regions
- Support the delivery, enhancement, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features
- Monitor usage, assist with issue resolution, and ensure smooth system operation
Rollout & Onboarding (20%)
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new schools and users
- Work with stakeholders across Europe and LatAm to support adoption and training
Documentation (15%)
- Maintain process maps, user stories, test scripts, and change logs
- Contribute to a CRM knowledge base for internal stakeholders
Stakeholder Communication (5%)
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Translate complex processes into clear requirements and updates
- Stay up to date on CRM trends and identify opportunities for platform enhancement
Core Competencies

- Ability to manage multiple regional priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product role
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to education, EdTech, or global service-driven environments
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience working with multilingual and multicultural teams
- Fluent in Spanish or another European language
