About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager (part‑time) to join our team. The role works as a key member of the Site Team and primarily supports the Site Manager, ensuring the school makes a positive first impression on visitors and complies with legislation and guidance. The successful candidate will manage premises and facilities, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and supervise cleaning, paint, and gardening tasks.

Working Hours

16 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays), all year round.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working in a school environment as a caretaker or premises assistant, a full clean driving licence, and general knowledge of building maintenance. Relevant skills include light painting & decorating and gardening.
