About the Role: As an Early Years Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive. Working closely with the Head of Early Years and the wider Kindergarten team, you will support the delivery of outstanding early years education through effective planning, assessment, and day-to-day classroom leadership. You will help promote children's learning and personal development, build strong relationships with families, and ensure every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most important stages of a child's development. This is a permanent, full-time role with a September 2026 start date.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Experience working with young children and meeting their individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A calm, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Confidence in supporting children's wellbeing, development, and learning through engaging activities and positive role modelling.
  • Strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
