About the role
As School Administrator, you will be the friendly and professional first point of contact at our front of house. You’ll help ensure the school runs smoothly by supporting students, staff, and families with a wide range of administrative tasks. From answering phones and greeting visitors, to managing pupil records, coordinating club bookings, supporting attendance processes, and assisting with internal communications, your role is vital to our day-to-day success. You’ll also liaise with facilities, support HR and Admissions tasks, and keep reception areas tidy and welcoming. You’ll work closely with the wider team, including the Head and Operations Manager, in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a proposed August 2025 start date. Please note: this is an all year round role and NOT term time only. Working hours will generally be between 0900 - 1800 with a 1hr lunch.

You enjoy helping others, can work independently, and have a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ve worked in a school or busy office before and are confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems. Most importantly, you understand the importance of safeguarding and professionalism in everything you do.
