Cognita is seeking an experienced Management Accountant (Property) to join our UK finance team.

You will ensure accurate accounting, analysis, and reporting of property-related expenditure across the business, coordinating with School Finance Managers, Procurement, Property, Legal, and FP&A.

Your role includes balance sheet reconciliations, lease accounting under IFRS 16, and producing insights on property costs and capital expenditure.
