As part of this partnership, North Bridge House Regent’s Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn’s schools. Alleyn’s Regent’s Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 3–11. Alleyn’s Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing the distinctive Alleyn’s ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London.
About the Role
As PA to the Headteacher, you will provide high‑level, confidential administrative and organisational support across all aspects of the Headteacher’s work. You will manage a complex diary, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure all correspondence and documentation are handled efficiently and professionally. You will take accurate minutes, maintain organised records, and support the smooth running of school operations. You will also play a key role in liaising with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone receives a responsive and professional service. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where your organisation, discretion, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the effectiveness of the school’s leadership.
Qualifications
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You have strong administrative experience, ideally within a school environment, and are comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You communicate clearly and professionally, building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and take pride in producing accurate work.
