About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Computing to join Alleyn's Hampstead Senior School. In this role you will teach Computing across the 11-18 age group, delivering engaging, challenging and supportive lessons that develop students’ confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills essential for the modern world.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Computing to students aged 11 to 18.
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that develop confidence and fluency.
  • Support learning and cultivate problem-solving skills across the curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Implement adaptive teaching to maximise student progress.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computing or a related subject.
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification in computing or a relevant subject.
  • Experience teaching computing at KS3 and KS4.

  • Strong subject knowledge and adaptability.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
