Breaside Preparatory School, part of Cognita, in Bromley, Kent, seeks an experienced Early Years Room Leader to create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn, develop, and thrive.
Working with the Head of Early Years and the Kindergarten team, you will plan, assess, and lead day-to-day activities, support individual learning needs, and build strong relationships with families.
This is a permanent, full-time role starting September 2026.
