Alongside this, you’ll contribute to year‑end reporting, margin analysis and process improvements, while guiding our Accounts Assistants and supporting wider finance projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values precision and wants to grow within a supportive and ambitious finance team.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- A professional and confident approach when interacting with clients.
If you think you can deliver but don't match the criteria above, please don't be put off. We are very open‑minded and focus on ability and attitude above skills.
