About the Role
Our existing business sales team is vital to delivering exceptional service and customised cybersecurity solutions to our long-term clients. By fostering strong relationships and helping clients navigate ever-evolving threats and compliance challenges, we empower them to stay secure and ahead of the curve. As a Client Care Specialist (Account Manager), you’ll work closely with our valued clients to help them access and optimise our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring seamless service. This position offers the chance to enhance your sales, client management, and cybersecurity skills while contributing to Cognisys’ ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients’ cybersecurity frameworks.
- Provide tailored product information, demonstrations, and solutions to meet client needs.
- Assist with contract renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide post-sale support.
- Track client interactions and sales opportunities using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of account management experience, ideally selling cybersecurity / SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully hitting sales targets.
- Customer-centric mindset - A commitment to providing excellent service and understanding client needs.
- Sales Acumen - Ability to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Communication Skills - Clear and effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex information.
- Problem-solving - An analytical mindset to address client challenges and recommend solutions.
- Attention to Detail - Accuracy is crucial in managing contracts, renewals, and client interactions.
- Teamwork - Collaborate effectively with internal teams while independently managing client relationships.
