Cognism are looking for a immediately available Talent Partner on a 6-12 month FTC (maternity cover). Hiring across GTM and R&D.

What you'll do

  • Source, screen and present candidates across 12+ simultaneous roles
  • Communicate directly with C-Suite executives—translating their needs into hiring strategy
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple hiring teams without dropping the ball
  • Build and execute sourcing campaigns (expect 100+ Inmail outreach weekly)
  • Qualify candidates quickly, flag blockers early, keep pipelines moving
  • Report on metrics that matter—conversion rates, time-to-hire, source quality
  • Identify market trends and bring fresh candidate sourcing ideas to the business
  • Partner with hiring managers on feedback loops and role refinement
  • Partnering with HRBPs to ensure we can work proactively with upcoming hiring needs
  • Hiring out of our many offices London, Boston, Cologne, Paris, Zadar, Skopje

  • Proven track record managing 12+ roles simultaneously without losing quality
  • Comfortable communicating with senior executives—you adapt your language and pace for different stakeholders
  • Strong Linked In sourcer who knows how to fish different talent pools
  • Resilient in high-pressure environments—you don't flinch when priorities shift
  • Data-driven mindset—you track what works and double down
  • Experience across multiple business functions (sales, product, ops, finance)
  • Organised without needing hand-holding

  • Greenhouse ATS experience
