Your Role

As Senior Manager, CRM, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Sales organisation, ensuring the smooth operation, optimisation, and scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will also support the overall implementation and coordination between the Go-to-Market tech stack, and how all the tools interact with different functions of the business (e.g. finance). You’ll combine hands‑on Salesforce expertise with strong stakeholder management, delivering deep insights into sales performance and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. This role is central to improving processes, driving adoption, and ensuring Salesforce supports both current needs and future growth.

Your Challenges & Opportunities

  • Own the Salesforce Platform – Manage our Salesforce environment end to end, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, CPQ, OwnBackup, etc.
  • Be a Trusted Business Partner – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions and stakeholders to provide insights, updates, and recommendations that optimise performance and guide strategy.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Proactively identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality, data quality, and existing processes, staying up to date with Salesforce release notes and best practices.
  • Ensure Platform Excellence – Maintain data quality, integrity, and security through robust user management, permissions, backups, and deployment management.
  • Enable the Business – Respond to support tickets, answer user questions, deliver training sessions, and create clear technical documentation to drive adoption and confidence across the organisation.
  • Support Scale & Integration – Assist with data migration and CRM integration from subsidiary companies into Salesforce, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate & Deliver – Work as part of the Salesforce team, reporting to the VP Revenue Operations and contributing to a structured release schedule with clear communication and status reporting.
  • Own the CRM Ecosystem – Support Salesforce and AppExchange products including DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ, Redshift, Gong, and more.

Our Expectations

  • Strong Salesforce Expertise – Solid overall knowledge of the Salesforce platform with hands‑on experience building and implementing changes, including developing within Salesforce, modifying and working with standard and custom objections, including junction objects. 3+ years’ experience administering Salesforce Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Quality & Governance Mindset – Strong focus on Salesforce best practices, data integrity, documentation, and controlled deployments.
  • Clear Communicator – Comfortable providing updates, managing stakeholders, and training users across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Nice To Have

  • Salesforce CPQ experience or certification
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Advanced Admin)
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Experience administering DocuSign
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
