Headquartered in London with global offices, Cognism’s contact data and contextual signals are trusted by thousands of revenue teams to eliminate the guesswork from prospecting.

You will lead and develop a team of high-performing Solution Specialists and Consultants who act as strategic partners to AEs during pre‑sales and Account Managers across post‑sale engagements.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Elevating the strategic quality and consistency of solution design
  • Ensuring complex customer use cases are shaped correctly from the outset
  • Reducing downstream friction that leads to adoption gaps or commercial risk
  • Driving measurable time‑to‑value across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
  • Embedding a structured, scalable solution methodology across the function

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will coach, inspect, and refine solution engagements while also stepping into high‑impact or complex accounts when required.

Lead & Develop the Function:

  • Manage and coach a team of Solution Consultants (6 initially)
  • Elevate discovery quality, workflow design rigor, and executive communication
  • Embed clear standards for solution documentation and engagement handoff
  • Build future leadership bench strength within the team

Elevate Strategic Solution Design:

  • Ensure ICP definitions, territory models, segmentation logic, and GTM workflows are fully understood before configuration
  • Champion structured discovery frameworks aligned to Customer Decision Cycles and Joint Business Plans
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, measurable, and commercially aligned
  • Prevent misalignment that leads to underutilisation or churn risk

Protect Revenue & Accelerate Adoption:

  • Identify solution‑driven risk signals early
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to intervene where workflow confusion or solution drift impacts engagement
  • Shorten strategic time‑to‑value through clearer configuration and workflow clarity
  • Support expansion opportunities through advanced use case design and team rollouts

Commercial & Cross‑Functional Partnership:

  • Operate in tight alignment with Accounts Executives, Account Management and Revenue Leadership
  • Influence commercial strategy through insight into solution complexity and GTM maturity
  • Feed recurring use cases, workflow gaps, and product feedback into Product and RevOps
  • Support strategic accounts directly where executive‑level solution shaping is required

Experience:

  • 3–5 years as an individual contributor in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar consultative SaaS roles
  • Minimum 2 years managing Solution Consultants, Sales Engineers, or similar technical customer‑facing teams
  • Experience operating in high‑growth SaaS environments
  • Exposure to B2B sales technology, data platforms, or revenue intelligence strongly preferred

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong GTM & Revenue Acumen: You understand how B2B prospecting, segmentation, outbound workflows, and revenue operations interconnect.
  • Strategic & Structured Leadership: You simplify complexity and can coach others to diagnose ambiguous customer environments and design practical, scalable frameworks.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable facilitating discovery and presenting structured recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded: You recognise that strong solution design protects revenue.
  • Builder Mentality: You are excited by scale-up environments and are comfortable refining processes, introducing frameworks, and building a best‑in‑class Solution Consulting discipline.
  • Collaborative Operator: You thrive in pod‑style or overlay models and build strong partnerships with Sales, CS, Product, and Revenue teams.

Languages: Fluent English required; French or German highly desirable.
