Work Model
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
The Role
We are looking for a Website & Conversion Optimisation Manager to own and improve the performance of Cognism's website as a key driver of pipeline and revenue. The website plays a critical role in how buyers discover Cognism, understand our product and convert into opportunities. In this role, you will focus on improving the effectiveness of the site through user experience improvements, landing page optimisation and ongoing experimentation. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Paid Media and Content teams to ensure the website supports campaigns, clearly communicates our value proposition and creates a seamless journey from first visit through to conversion. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and highly customer‐focused. You enjoy digging into user behaviour, understanding how buyers navigate the site and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey. Your goal is to create a best‐in‐class website experience that helps prospects quickly understand the value of Cognism and take the next step.
Ideal Candidate
You have experience managing and optimising B2B SaaS websites and understand how websites support demand generation and pipeline growth.
You are comfortable improving website performance through conversion rate optimisation and experimentation, testing and refining landing pages, product pages and key user journeys.
You are naturally curious about user behaviour and enjoy analysing data and feedback to uncover opportunities to improve the customer experience.
You are comfortable analysing and reporting on website and funnel performance, using insights to prioritise improvements that drive better engagement and conversion.
You are customer‐focused and motivated to create intuitive journeys that help prospects quickly understand value and move smoothly through the funnel.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands‐on approach and enjoy working cross‐functionally with marketing, design and development teams to implement improvements and support wider go‐to‐market campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own and manage Cognism's website performance as a key marketing and pipeline generation asset.
Optimise landing pages, product pages and core conversion journeys across the website.
Plan and run CRO experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analyse website performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with Demand Generation teams to support campaign landing pages and website experiences.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure messaging is clear, compelling and aligned to target audiences.
Partner with design and development teams to implement website improvements and new pages.
Track and report on website performance including conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
Continuously test and optimise website experiences to improve performance over time.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience managing or optimising B2B SaaS websites.
Experience running conversion optimisation or experimentation programmes.
Strong understanding of website user journeys and landing page optimisation.
Experience working with marketing teams to support campaigns through website and landing page development.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot CMS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and testing tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
