Key Responsibilities
- Own and run Cognism’s company-wide forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.
- Lead the monthly reporting cadence, delivering Executive and Board-ready packs with clear insights.
- Define and maintain Cognism’s SaaS KPI framework, including ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback and efficiency metrics.
- Partner with BI to build automated dashboards and high-quality analytics used across GTM, Product and Operations.
- Deliver scenario modelling for strategic initiatives, hiring plans, pricing, market entry and capital allocation.
- Provide business partnering to department heads, improving decision-making, accountability and ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, balancing strategic leadership with deep hands-on execution.
- Strengthen data integrity and alignment across our core finance and BI environments.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ FP&A or strategic finance experience in a SaaS / recurring revenue environment.
- Strong command of financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Direct ownership of ARR, churn, pipeline, unit economics and SaaS performance drivers.
- Proven experience producing Board-level reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Hands-on operator with the ability to build as well as lead (player–manager mindset).
- Experience managing or implementing FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Mosaic, etc.).
- Excellent cross-functional partnership skills across GTM, Product, CS and Ops.
- Strong communication, insight generation and executive-ready presentation capability.
Advantageous
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or M&A.
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency SaaS environments.
- Background in accounting, data analytics or BI.
