As Manager, Solution Consulting, you will lead and develop a team of high-performing Solution Specialists and Consultants who act as strategic partners to AEs during pre-sales and Account Managers across post-sale engagements.

You will be responsible for

  • Elevating the strategic quality and consistency of solution design
  • Ensuring complex customer use cases are shaped correctly from the outset
  • Reducing downstream friction that leads to adoption gaps or commercial risk
  • Driving measurable time-to-value across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Embedding a structured, scalable solution methodology across the function
  • This is a hands-on leadership role. You will coach, inspect, and refine solution engagements while also stepping into high-impact or complex accounts when required.
  • 1. Lead & Develop the Function
  • Manage and coach a team of Solution Consultants (6 initially)
  • Elevate discovery quality, workflow design rigour, and executive communication
  • Embed clear standards for solution documentation and engagement handoff
  • Build future leadership bench strength within the team
  • 2. Elevate Strategic Solution Design
  • Ensure ICP definitions, territory models, segmentation logic, and GTM workflows are fully understood before configuration
  • Champion structured discovery frameworks aligned to Customer Decision Cycles and Joint Business Plans
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, measurable, and commercially aligned
  • Prevent misalignment that leads to underutilisation or churn risk
  • 3. Protect Revenue & Accelerate Adoption
  • Identify solution-driven risk signals early
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to intervene where workflow confusion or solution drift impacts engagement
  • Shorten strategic time-to-value through clearer configuration and workflow clarity
  • Support expansion opportunities through advanced use case design and team rollouts
  • 4. Commercial & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Operate in tight alignment with Accounts Executives, Account Management and Revenue Leadership
  • Influence commercial strategy through insight into solution complexity and GTM maturity
  • Feed recurring use cases, workflow gaps, and product feedback into Product and Rev Ops
  • Support strategic accounts directly where executive-level solution shaping is required

Your Background

Experience

3–5 years as an individual contributor in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar consultative Saa S roles

  • Minimum 2 years managing Solution Consultants, Sales Engineers, or similar technical customer-facing teams
  • Experience operating in high-growth Saa S environments
  • Exposure to B2B sales technology, data platforms, or revenue intelligence strongly preferred
