The Role
- Working across multiple residential developments, the successful individual will support the coordination and delivery of schemes from pre-construction through to completion, covering areas such as:
- Infrastructure and engineering coordination
- Technical design management
- Highways, drainage and utilities
- Consultant and stakeholder management
- Section agreements and statutory approvals
- Coordination across land, commercial and production teams
