The Role

  • Working across multiple residential developments, the successful individual will support the coordination and delivery of schemes from pre-construction through to completion, covering areas such as:
    • Infrastructure and engineering coordination
    • Technical design management
    • Highways, drainage and utilities
    • Consultant and stakeholder management
    • Section agreements and statutory approvals
    • Coordination across land, commercial and production teams

This is intentionally a broad role, offering exposure beyond pure engineering or technical coordination and providing a strong platform for future leadership progression.
