Cognisant Search has been appointed to recruit a Managing Director on behalf of an established, highly successful award-winning housebuilder. Based in Yorkshire, this is an excellent opportunity to ensure the continued success of this forward-thinking organisation who build homes not houses.
Responsibilities include:
- Continued development of a progressive senior team ensuring they achieve their potential
- Develop strong external relationships, to grow the land bank through landowners, local authorities, and partners
- Ensure all functions are operationally effective and working as a team to deliver a high quality product
- Continue to grow a culture of achievement, ensuring cost control, programme adherence and outstanding customer service
- Be highly visible within the business, identifying challenges first hand and leading from the front
We are keen to speak to Managing Directors with experience within the housebuilding sector who have a demonstrable track record, leading and delivering business strategy or discipline directors ready and able to take the next step in their career who can demonstrate high levels of leadership. Working collaboratively, you will be a strong motivator who can develop team members to drive volume and deliver excellence.
