An established, well-capitalised residential developer is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple housing projects from land appraisal through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage and report on site budgets and prime costs.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, payments, variations and final accounts.
  • Monitor build costs, report savings/excesses and forecast final position.
  • Support land appraisals and feasibility studies with detailed cost estimates.
  • Implement value engineering to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure consistent commercial processes across the team.
