Cognisant is working on a Sales Manager appointment with a regional housebuilder to strengthen their sales function as the business continues to grow. The position is best suited to an experienced Sales Manager looking for more exposure, or a Head of Sales / Sales Director who wants to step into a more measured role while still operating at a strategic level.
The Role
- You will retain oversight of developments and sales teams with clear involvement in how the function is shaped and run.
- Alongside day-to-day performance, you will contribute to:
- Pricing and release strategy
- Wider sales approach and market positioning
- Land and viability discussions
- Coaching and mentoring across the team
The Opportunity
- Working closely with the Sales Director, you will play a key role in shaping sales performance across the business while supporting the wider strategic direction.
- You will have the platform to:
- Operate as a genuine No.2 within the sales function
